THE CONTRACT ELEMENTS INCLUDE:

CALL-OUT CONTRACT This provides a 24-hour call-out facility for emergency repairs and advice. This maintenance type applied to small and medium-size installations and normally seasonally operated equipment, at very low cost and with the Carrier quality guarantee. The cover of the contract type depends on the customer's requirements.

FULL PROTECTION PLAN For a little extra you can enjoy the peace-of-mind of our total cover. Nothing offers you so much for so little. Components, labour, scheduled maintenance checks, repairs, inspection of the installation can be provided on a 24-hour basis, 365 days a year.

MONITORING Carrier Service offers computerised remote monitoring via modem. All that is required is a dedicated telephone line. From our control center, the unit, or, if you prefer, the complete installation, benefits from around the clock monitoring, every day of the year.
